1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
RasaBali.com provides visitors with access to a rich collection of information resources all about Bali, including tourism industries and all supporting industries in Bali (such as hotels, restaurants, shops, etc), society and culture, entertainments and events, shopping services, search services and so on. RasaBali.com defines its visitors into three types:Member: a person or company who signs up to RasaBali.com and is entitled to a dynamic web page which has been designed.User: a person who signs up to RasaBali.com and has the right to insert comment in news and member web page areas with the approval of RasaBali.com administrators. Users also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Rasabali.com to provide the Service.Mere-Visitor: a person who merely browses RasaBali.com without any registration process. He/she is not entitled to inserting any comment or claiming any web page.
2. MEMBER/USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify RasaBali.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, RasaBali.com cannot not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 3.
3. LIIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RasaBali.com makes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect Member's computer or other property as a result of Member's access to, use of, or browsing in this site and downloading of any contents from the site.RasaBali.com does not accept any liability for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from RasaBali.com. RasaBali.com does not guarantee the availability and/or quality of products and/or services, accuracy of information provided by third parties.
4. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE RasaBali.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that RasaBali.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
5. TERMINATION You agree that RasaBali.com may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminates your RasaBali.com account, any associated email address, and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your RasaBali.com account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited to RasaBali.com Mail (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in RasaBali.com's sole discretion and that RasaBali.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure includes war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond RasaBali.com's control.
