Three traditional thatched roof bungalows for rent set in lush tropical gardens overlooking the ocean at Balian Beach. Positioned directly opposite the beach, the complex is a short 100 metre stroll from the surf. We also have a delightful café in the same location.
Each room is clean and comfortable with quality furnishings, mosquito net, hot water shower in garden bathroom and cooling fan. Also included, TV/DVD player, bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and outdoor private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens.

This charming little room has been judged a favourite by many romantic guests. It is a unique hand-carved wooden house from Timor. It features an open plan bedroom/sittingroom, a large outdoor balcony and a natural stone garden bathroom.

This delightful double storey room is set in large private gardens filled with tropical plants and flowers. Antique Javanese doors give total privacy and an outdoor table and chairs make an ideal place to eat or work. With a double bed upstairs and a single bed downstairs, the room sleeps three people in comfort. Work desk, TV/DVD, bar fridge and large outdoor bathroom complete the facilities.
