There will be clubhouses with complete resort facilities, practice facilities and even hotels operated within the resorts under resort management or as separate identities.
Each subsidiary company will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of each golf course and its facilities and will generate their own income through individual season membership, annual fee, green fee, cart fee, driving range, food & beverages etc.
