* bvilla is applying rates based on dates categorized in low and high season, as follow :
- Low season : Sep 1 - Dec 24, 2010; Jan 6 - Jul 31, 2011
- High Season : Aug 1 - Aug 31, 2010; Dec 25, 2010 - Jan 5, 2011
* Surcharges US$ 50.00 for high season.
Rates Inclusive :
* 21% goverment tax and service charge.
* Breakfast for 2 ( two ) persons per bedroom.
Check - in & Check - out :
* Check - in time is 14:00, and Check - out time is 12:00
* Early check - in or late check - out is based on villas availability.
- Late check-out before 18:00 will be charged at 50%
- Late chek- out after 18:00 will be charged at full day
Room Policy :
* Maximum occupancy of two (2) adults per bedroom.
* Additional person expecting extra bed were encouraged to upgrade to villa with
1 additional bedrooms villa with additional of US$ 50 based on villa availability.
* Additional 1 (one) child under 12 (twelve) years old are permitted to stay in the
same bedroom with parent without extra bed.
